What the pages are, and what they are not
The pages describe the practice. Under the Greek Civil Code a contract needs agreement on the points that define it. Nothing here is an offer you can accept by using the site, sending a brief, or asking for a conversation. Diagrams, tables and the notes produced by the tools inside the service windows show how we structure a first cycle. They are not a measured result, a price, or a promise about your business.
The brief
The form asks for the decision in front of you so we can say whether we should take the work. Sending it does not reserve a date and does not oblige either side to continue. Please do not include customer lists, bank details or other material you would not put in an ordinary letter. How personal data in the brief is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
When an engagement starts
An engagement starts only when both sides have agreed, in writing, the scope, the output, the fee and the date the work ends. Until that writing exists, either side may stop. A reply to a brief is a view on fit. It is not that agreement, and it is not advice you should rely on as if the work had started.
The fee is stated in the engagement letter. The site does not publish a tariff. A tool inside a service window that comments on the shape of a first conversation is not a quotation.
The limits of the work
The practice is management consultancy: strategy and planning, how the business is managed, financial management for decisions, and HR consultancy for a firm of this scale. It is not a law practice, not a statutory audit, and not investment advice. Material on the site is not legal, tax, audit or investment advice. An HR policy set is written so managers can run it. Where a statute, a dismissal or a dispute needs a lawyer or another licensed professional, that work is outside the mandate and we will say so.
You remain responsible for the decisions of your company, for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for compliance with the law that applies to you. We work from that information.
Materials
Text, layout and the worked examples on this site belong to the company. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy them into your own offer or republish them. Documents we prepare under an engagement belong as the engagement letter states. Information you give us stays yours. We use it for that engagement and for the reply that precedes it, not as material for another client.
Liability
Nothing on this site limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that Greek law does not allow a business to limit. For any other loss connected with use of the site before an engagement exists, we are not liable for decisions you take from the pages alone. Once an engagement exists, the engagement letter sets the liability that the law allows the parties to set. Mandatory rules still apply.
If you are not acting for a business
The site is written for people acting in the course of a business. If you are a consumer, acting outside your trade, the mandatory protections of Greek consumer law, including Law 2251/1994 as amended and the rules that have replaced or supplemented it, are not waived by these terms. Those protections include rights that cannot be signed away, and a venue that mandatory law may fix in your favour.
Law and courts
Greek law governs these terms and the use of the site. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction, including a consumer’s right to sue in the court the law reserves. A dispute about an engagement is brought as the engagement letter states, again without prejudice to those mandatory rules.
Language and changes
These terms are published in English, which is the language of the site. If a mandatory Greek rule conflicts with a sentence here, the Greek rule prevails. The date at the top of the page is the date of this version. A change applies from the date we publish it. It does not rewrite an engagement letter already signed.
